Our new versatile Bottle Tower is a complete sanitizing and bottle draining package when used with our Monster Cleaner. With this bottle tower you will be able to stack up to 10 easily assembled and unassembled inserts plus the new Monster Cleaner as your top insert (Monster Cleaner sold separately). This top insert facilitates easy drying of our PET Carboy or FerMonster™ for a complete draining station. For heavy brewers, draining is made easy as our base is designed to empty directly into a sink with a standard 3/8” hose. Glucoamylase is a fungal-derived enzyme which breaks down dextrins into simple sugars. For use in mashing of starch-based substrates, such as raw grains and potato, for fermentation of alcohol to make distilled spirits. Can also be used for maximizing yield when mashing malted grains using natural, diastatic enzyme activity. Instructions: Add enzyme to liquefied starch slurry or malted grain mash once below 65°C (149°F). Stir well, cover (or hold at 50-60°C (122-140°F)) and allow to stand for 1 hour before cooling for fermentation.
